Before the expiry date it is necessary to renew the accreditation, which will then be valid for a further five years. Aim of the Reaccreditation CourseThe Reaccreditation Course aims to review some of the important aspects of farm chemical management whilst highlighting current best practice and changes in controls on chemical use. It will focus on developments in farm chemical management that have occurred since participants did the ChemCert Accreditation. For those who hold a ChemCert certificate that is about to expire (or has expired), the Re-accreditation Course is designed to provide one means by which they are able to complete the requirements for renewal of the accreditation. The Reaccreditation Course is not an alternative to undertaking the basic ChemCert Course to obtain ChemCert Accreditation for the first time. ResourcesTo undertake the Reaccreditation Course, participants will have access to the latest edition of the ChemCert Reference Manual and also the Workbook which is designed to lead participants through the Course as well as provide information on requirements for accreditation renewal. Participants will also have access to a range of product labels. Assessment RequirementsFor renewal of ChemCert accreditation, participants must, as a minimum, successfully complete:
On completion of the Reaccreditation Course, the details of successful participants will be submitted to the Secretariat. A new ID card will be forwarded to the successful participants with the same database number as the old Certificate, but with a new expiry date. | ||||
